This home-grown effort works by linking individuals, organizations and businesses with our City government through mygrcitypoints.com to encourage recycling, volunteering and community building.
This first-of-its-kind rewards program allows participants to truly support their local community…and it’s simple! You earn points by recycling or volunteering. Your points are then redeemed at local businesses for discounts on products and services.
Everyone can take part in transforming Grand Rapids into a better place to live, work, play, eat, and shop. Throw a few cans in that new recycling cart, plant a tree, or spread some woodchips; then watch your points and local businesses grow as we all work together to create a vibrant, sustainable city.
